Admissions Process

Our school is committed to enrolling a diverse group of talented, well-adjusted, and academically capable students who will positively contribute to our community and thrive in our environment. Admission decisions are made after a careful review of each student’s application materials, interview, referrals, and available space.

Step 1: Submit an Application

Parent/Guardian completes the online Application (and financial aid application if applicable) and includes the $200.00 non-refundable application fee. Applications for tuition assistance are due within 10 days of the application submission date (see below for additional details). As part of the application, we require a teacher recommendation and current school records. Applications are due by January 15th. After January 15, applications are accepted on a rolling basis, depending on space availability.

Step 2: Student Visit and Assessment

Once a complete application is received, including a teacher recommendation, our admissions team will contact the applicant to schedule a student visit and assessment. A parent interview and meeting with the school administration is scheduled as well.

Step 3: Notification of Admissions Decisions

Notification of admissions decisions and enrollment contracts are sent by early March. If applying past the due date, expect a decision within 4–6 weeks (or earlier if possible) after step 2.

Step 4: Enrollment Contracts Due

Once accepted, Parent/Guardian returns the online enrollment contract and tuition deposit fee of $1000 via FACTS. The due date for enrollment contract and tuition deposit is 1 week after notification of acceptance.

Admissions Status Tracking

After your application is submitted via FACTS, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms and completed application.

To view your application status, please use your username and password to access your account.

Financial Aid Applications

Tuition assistance is available for qualifying families of students applying to Kindergarten through High School. The amount of aid awarded is based on documented need. All information is kept strictly confidential.

To apply for tuition assistance, please visit: FACTS Tuition Assistance. There is a $30 fee per family for processing the application, which is charged by the agency, not the school.
